Uranus is barely viewable with the naked eye, though you can find it with a pair of binoculars.
Clues for Viewing
Definitely consult a planet locator or a website so you can find out where Uranus will be in the sky. You probably won't find it just scanning the sky. Through a telescope Uranus appears as a greenish blue disk. You won't see any details of the planet, even with a semi-powerful telescope.
