Public Star Shows

The Jordan Planetarium offers weekly Family Star Shows, featuring a changing line-up from our star shows catalog. These Missions are open to all, although seating in the theater is limited. Calling ahead for reservations is recommended. Click here to see what's showing this week.

Private Group & Field Trip Showings

The Planetarium encourages visitors to create their own unique Mission by scheduling a private showing of your choice. You can reserve the theater for a group of up to 45 persons depending on show type. See the wide vareity of topics and levels offered here: Star Show Repertoire. Charges for private shows are $3.00 per person, or $75, whichever is more.

To schedule a private showing, call the planetarium office at (207) 581-1341, and please have ready the size and age range of your group, the date and time you would like to visit the planetarium, and your name and contact information. Or use the form on the field trip page to submit your request.
